About Us
We are FIRST FTC team 16008, the Armored Artemises. This upcoming season will be our 7th season as a team. We have been the Connecticut state champions 4 times, and we have gone to worlds 3 times. As of last season, we mentored 8 FTC teams, and 7 FLL teams. We also had 10 sponsors. Our team mission is to make STEAM accessible to as many people and communities possible.

This is Chips second season on the team. This season she aims to connect with more teams and people.
This is Julia's third season in the team. She wants to improve her leadership skills and organization.
This is Andrews first season in the team. This season he wants to try to be more positive.
This is Lindsays first season in the team. This season, her goal is to learn how to program.
Coach Hoa is Andrews father. He mentors our team by helping with building, design, and code. He leads incubation at Kemper.
This is Carinas fifth season on the team. This season she wants to learn how to manage the budget well.
This is Anya's third season on the team. Her goal is to become more confident and assertive as a team leader.
This is Mabels second season on the team. She aims to get better at building.
This is Karens first season on the team. She wants to familiarize herself with robotics.
Coach Rishon is Mabels father. He mentors our team with CAD, building, and more. He works as a mechanical engineer at Pratt and Whitney.
